Whisky Date

Whisky Date Cocktail

Make a date with this twist on the Manhattan cocktail, that combines Scotch whisky with a red date water

Dried red dates are popular in Asian cuisine and you can find them in most Asian grocery stores. They’re similar to normal dates, but are less viscous and perhaps less sticky chewy. They’re sweet in their own right and are popular used in desserts. In this cocktail, we’ve combined the sweetness of the red dates in a red date water that we’ve then used in a Manhattan style cocktail.
